Brazilian GP Schedule 2022: Formula 1
Track Schedule
The Brazilian GP weekend follows F1’s Sprint format. Formula 1 track action starts on Friday at Interlagos with a 1-hour free practice session (FP1) for teams to find the perfect setup.
Qualifying takes place on Friday afternoon; a 3-part session where lap times decide starting positions for the Sprint on Saturday.
On Saturday, Second Practice (FP2) is followed by the Sprint. This a 1-hour race which determines the grid for Sunday’s Grand Prix.
